Raj Sooriah is a registered mental health nurse with 30 years experience in the mental health services, ranging from acute mental health to community service manager for the NHS. Raj has been managing HRS Care Ltd since 2013 and he is the business brain behind our homes. His role also includes chief of the BBQ and he enjoys spending time with the residents. He is one of their biggest fans

Esther started her career in social care and health in 1994.  In 2003 she qualified as a Social Worker working for Northamptonshire County council in various mental health roles. In 2006 she qualified as an AMHP and continued in these roles until 2014.  Esther is the 'heart' of HRS Care Ltd.  Esther is currently studying for a law degree whilst continuing her managers role.  

Lucy has worked in adult social care for over 15 years and has a wide range of experience with helping to support individuals with varying levels of need.
Lucy completed her QCF Level 5 and passed with distinction in 2025.
Lucy enjoys an impromptu party and always encourages everyone to get involved!

Dan is our Deputy Manager. He has worked in adult social care for over 10 years and is our induction and training lead. 

Dan also completed his QCF Level 4 and passed with distinction in 2025. 

Dan enjoys having fun with our residents and is always found around the home singing and dancing.
